The 12th Annual AZSS Sleep Conference will be held at the Gateway Community College (GWCC) Copper Room located inside the Integrated Education Building.  The price of the conference includes; 8 CEC/AARC/CME credits (pending approval), a light breakfast, lunch, snacks, and non-alcoholic beverages.  The Arizona Sleep Society is applying for Provider CME again this year for the conference in addition to BRPT and AARC credits.  Free Parking is available in Lot 7 at GWCC; a campus map is available HERE.

For those companies wishing to sponsor a table as an Exhibitor, please purchase an exhibitor ticket and you may include up to two staff to attend the conference with food and CEC/AARC credits.  The fee for the Exhibitor table with up to three staff is $1200 with the funds going to support the AZSS Annual meeting costs and other events for AZSS members.  If your register as an Exhibitor, the Arizona Sleep Society will use a company logo to recognize you on our website and print materials.  Please provide permissions and a logo to gerald.f@azsleepsociety.com

 For those wishing to stay overnight near the venue, the Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix Airport North is across the street and other hotels are available nearby at 44th Street.

To take advantage of the Member pricing, you just need to be a lifetime member of the Arizona Sleep Society. If you have never registered online for membership, you can visit the website and complete the application. If you are already a lifetime Member you need not re-apply.
