Mind, Body, Soul & Sleep: How is Sleep the Foundation for a Healthier Life? – 5:30PM

Kristen Griffin is the Vice President of Student Services at the University of Phoenix and a certified health/life coach. She is a full-time executive, mom, and health junkie who has been teaching, coaching, and mentoring since 1997. Kristen coaches from the heart, inspiring people to ditch mediocrity, attain their goals, and transform their lives.
Kristen is particularly interested in helping others discover their WHOLE health through teaching meditation, stress management, and how to thrive during chaotic times, leveraging optimism to find resiliency and the importance of nutrition.
Kristen holds a bachelor’s degree in education, a master’s in psychology, and is a certified health and life coach.
