Sleep is the key to restoring the energy our bodies need to function physically, mentally, and emotionally. If we can quiet our minds, we can sleep, and our healing energy restores. Our bodies know what to do, they just need the energy to do it. There are several ways to reach a blissful state of sleep, including meditation to help you sleep.
