Instead of spending the night at a sleep center, you perform the test at home

You will use a small testing device that monitors your breathing, oxygen levels, and snoring to assist in screening for sleep apnea. The next day you return the home sleep study machine so the data can be removed and analyzed.

Certain requirements need to be met
for the at home apnea screening

Some patients will be required to have an in lab sleep test based on their sleep disorder and/or medical needs. Home sleep studies are approved by most insurance companies and are about 1/4 the cost of an overnight sleep study in a clinic.
