Lauri Leadley, CCSH, RPSGT- Clinical Sleep Educator|Sleep Coach

What is a sleep coach? It’s a health care professional involved in the science of sleep who would love to be involved in the direction, instruction, and training of the operations of your brain!

My fascination of the physiology of sleep began more than 30 years ago when I saw sleep apnea for the first time as a respiratory therapist. Later, as a sleep technologist, my first patient woke up in the morning and said, “Wow, I’ve never dreamt before and l last night I had dreams!” It was a turning point in my career.

Our culture, in general, doesn’t recognize the human body’s need for adequate sleep. I was guilty of this for years. Chronic pain has interrupted my sleep and life for as long as I remember but it wasn’t until my second cancer diagnosis that I found myself struggling to fall asleep and stay asleep. Having a long-running pattern of sleep loss leads to multiple conditions in a cause and effect relationship that many people ignore or don’t recognize.

My own health challenges over the years fed my desire to change lives. Now I’d like to help you overcome your battles.

There are countless ways to get the sleep our bodies need and I am look forward to coaching you through to your sleep success. For a free sleep coach consultation, email me at
