- Employees of Valley Sleep Center and Valley Sleep Therapy and their immediate family members are not eligible.

- Entries must be received by March 16, 2025 midnight, MST
- Winner Selection:
- One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
- The winner will be notified via Facebook Messenger and must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize.
- If the winner does not respond, a new winner will be selected.
- Prize Details:
- One (1) CPAP machine (model to be specified).
- A valid CPAP prescription must be provided before receiving the prize.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
- Additional Terms:
